Homebuyer Brokerage
Homepage design concepts · prepared by Brewer Marketing Group

Three directions for the new homebuyerbrokerage.com

Each concept is a full homepage design using your real brand, your real team, your real neighborhoods, and words from your actual client reviews. All three keep IDX Broker for live Bright MLS search, and all three are built to strengthen how the site shows up in search — they differ in what greets a buyer first.

These are visual design concepts — the search bar and links aren't wired up yet. Best viewed on a laptop or desktop, though each page works on a phone too.

A
Editorial · trust-first

Counsel

Leads with who you are: buyers-only representation, stated plainly, over a classic photographic hero. Neighborhoods, team, and buyer education follow in a calm editorial rhythm.

Trade-off: the most traditional of the three — search and neighborhoods sit one scroll down.
B
Neighborhood-first

Atlas

Opens with your strongest asset: 55 neighborhood guides, browsable right in the hero, each paired with live listings for that neighborhood. Reviews and education follow.

Trade-off: the fiduciary story moves below the fold; the guide finder carries the first impression.
C
Proof-first

Advocate

Opens with your five-star reviews and a plain-English comparison of exclusive buyer representation versus a traditional brokerage — the case for you, made by your clients.

Trade-off: the most persuasion-forward; home search and neighborhoods come after the argument.

What every concept shares

Your green-and-gold brand and logo · live Bright MLS search via IDX Broker · the 55 neighborhood guides · real client reviews · your team of five exclusive buyer agents · your published articles — and a faster, modern site under the hood that keeps every page address (and every search ranking) you've already earned.
